Importing From Email Attachment
Open In Ski Tracks...

Step 2 Select Ski Tracks |
Move SKIZ To Ski Tracks Folder
If Ski Tracks is not listed in the application target then you will need to manually copy the file to Ski Tracks app document area.

Step 3 Select Ski Tracks (or Ski Tracks Lite) |
Step 4 Select Save |
When you open Ski Tracks the file should automatically import.
Importing From Support
If you receive a support email from Zendesk then the SKIZ files returned to you will be attached to the bottom of the email.
- Select the attachment.
- Download the .skiz file.
- Using the Files app goto iCloud Drive > Downloads
- Then press the options button ••• (top right).
- Choose the Select option.
- Select the .skiz file(s)
- Press the action button ⏍ (bottom left)
- Select Ski Tracks from the application list.
If the Ski Tracks does not appear in the application list then use the following
- Select and hold the .skiz file.
- Select Copy from the menu.
- Select < Back until you reach Browse
- Select On My iPhone > Ski Tracks
- Press Copy (top left).
Open Ski Tracks and the SKIZ file(s) should automatically be imported.
