Startup Crash
If you find that Ski Tracks is crashing at startup please try the following before uninstalling.
Clear Cache Files
1. Select and hold Ski Tracks App Icon.
2. App Info > Storage > Clear Cache
Reboot Device
Rebooting the device may help.
Check Storage
Make sure you device has enough storage. Generally Ski Tracks require around 200kb per recording or around 25 recordings is roughly equivalent to a photo.
Contact Us
If you contact we will be able to confirm how much of your data is already saved in our cloud systems. Once confirmed then we advice whether to uninstall Ski Tracks.
Re-install
NOTE: Any data that is not been saved to our cloud system or manually copied will be removed and will not be recoverable. If you are not sure please contact us.
